Come for a short presentation in our series and stay for a chance to interact and exchange views and ideas with other participants!

Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcomed and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.

We went through an introduction to VIMA and the VIMA term sheet during our last session on 27 April 2022.

During this session, we will discuss decision-making under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement specifically when it comes to the board and shareholders reserved matters.

There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
