Interested in finding out more about the fundraising process for start-ups and SMEs?

Join us for a small online discussion with like-minded business people on Wednesday, 17 February 2021 from 6pm to 7pm (Singapore time).

We’ll kick off with a short presentation in our series on shareholders’ agreements and fundraisings. We plan to leave lots of time for questions and interaction with other participants.

We’re looking forward to discussing practical issues that others have encountered with fundraisings.

Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcome and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.
