Thank you for your support in 2021.

Here is our traditional annual round up of what we’ve been up to.

Our clients were all kind to us in 2021 and we worked with them on deals and agreements both on a project basis as well as on our retainer counsel model.

We maintained our firm and lawyer rankings in the latest Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide, IFLR1000’s Guide to the World’s Leading Financial and Corporate Law Firms and asialaw Profiles’ Guide to Asia-Pacific’s Leading Domestic and Regional Law Firms.

We continued our engagements with the Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) working group, the Singapore Law Society Corporate Practice and International Relations groups and joined the Executive Committee of the Licensing Executives Society (Singapore).

2021 saw the first run of our Wednesday fundraising sessions where we spoke in small groups on the VIMA suite of agreements. We also spoke about licensing deals.

Finally, the great thing about being based in Singapore is having another chance to say “Happy New Year”, if you’ve missed the Christmas and Western New Year deadlines.
