Join us for a small online group discussion with like-minded business people on Wednesday, 10 March 2021 from 6pm to 7pm (Singapore time).

Come for a short presentation in our series and stay for a chance to interact and exchange views and ideas with other participants!

Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcome and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.

During this session, we will look at key provisions to consider in a term sheet for a fundraising based on the VIMA term sheet. A term sheet sets out the key terms and conditions agreed with an investor for their investment.

There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
