We talked about selling shares under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement – in particular, the drag-along rights during our last session on 24 August 2022.
During this upcoming session, we will discuss non-compete, future fundraising, and other obligations under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement.
There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
